Operating within the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act  2003, Regal Waters consists of 202 Homes and has a Community of 270 Residents.

Regal Waters provides  free standing homes that ensure independent living for over 50's. The Residents of Regal Waters take pride in the fact that they enjoy a secure, happy, relaxed and friendly lifestyle in a Country environment surrounded by vast open green spaces.  

Our community is fortunate to enjoy this unique country lifestyle whilst being in a great position for main stream living with the Railway Station at the front door. A secure, gated community with its own TV Gate Channel and Intercom  enables all residents to open the gate for their visitors from the comfort of their own homes. 

Resident Managers  live on-site and manage the day to day operations of the Community.

The Social Manager organises a wide variety of Social Activities for  Residents, both "in house" and externally. 

An active Residents' Association which has a resident elected Committee operates within Regal Waters for the benefit of all Residents.
