The Regal Waters Gym is a great place to maintain ones fitness.  During the last few years, all the equipment has been upgraded and provides a range of activities to develop a Healthy Life Style.

The Gym also provides a home for the Table Tennis Group who meet regularly most mornings at 8.00am whilst others gather a group together and play during the afternoons.
